PLANTING GUIDE

SOWING: Spread the soil flat, press the surface lightly and spread the seeds evenly,
spray water to keep the soil slightly moist, and cover with a transparent film to keep it moist.
GERMINATION: Generally 7-30 days (depending on the variety), the temperature is
stable at 20-25°C, and the air humidity is 60-80%. After germination, gradually
remove the film to increase ventilation.
TRANSPLATIN: Spread ceramsite at the bottom of the pot → pine needle layer → planting soil (fill to 1-2cm from the pot mouth). Use tweezers to pick up the seedlings/cuttings,plant them in the soil, and stretch the roots. Cover the surface with 3-5mm Akadama as a paving stone to fix the plant and reduce water evaporation.

After-sales Service

A. We will send you photos before shipment for every single order. Each succulent will have a corresponding label on the outer packaging.
B.Please check the total number of products first. For quality problems, please take photos or video records and contact us within 48 hours.
C.We will be responsible for rot or loss and will replace it in the next shipment free of charge.
D.We are not responsible for customs issues arising from shipments to Australia and Latin American countries.

Import Permit

A. No Import Permit: Ship by special logistics channel (if phytosanitary certificate is required, fees need to be paid). We are not responsible for compensation if the shipment is confiscated during customs clearance without an import permit.
B. With Import Permit: We will provide the relevant certificates.
C. U.S.A. customer with Import Permit: Requires going through the USDA. The USDA will inspect the products, which may cause delays, product damage, or other issues. We are not responsible for compensation if such problems occur.
